Terms & Conditions of Enrolment
1. Fees & Payments
All class fees are payable via Direct Debit. Once this admission form is submitted, you will be directed to complete a secure Direct Debit mandate.
Fees are collected monthly in advance and are non-refundable.
Late or missed payments may result in suspension of classes until fees are brought up to date.
Dancen’beats reserves the right to review and adjust fees; notice of any changes will be provided in advance.
2. Attendance & Commitment
Students are expected to attend classes regularly and on time.
Consistent attendance is essential for progress and participation in performances.
If a student is unable to attend, the school must be informed in advance. Missed classes cannot be refunded or carried forward.
3. Behaviour & Conduct
Students are expected to treat teachers, classmates, and staff with respect at all times.
Disruptive or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in suspension or removal from the school.
Uniform or appropriate dance attire must be worn as instructed by the school.
4. Health & Safety
Parents/guardians must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or additional needs at the time of enrolment.
Students take part in classes at their own risk. While Dancen’beats takes every measure to ensure safety, the school accepts no liability for injury or loss of personal belongings, except where caused by negligence.
Students/parents must follow all safety instructions given by instructors.
5. Performances & Events
Dancen’beats regularly records classes, rehearsals, workshops, and performances for marketing, promotional, and educational purposes.
These materials may be used on our website, social media, printed media, or other publicity channels.
By enrolling, you consent to the use of your (or your child’s) image and likeness for the above purposes.
If you wish to opt out, you must inform us in writing prior to enrolment. Please note that opting out may limit participation in certain group projects or performances.
6. Filming & Photography
Dancen’beats regularly records classes, rehearsals, workshops, and performances for marketing, promotional, and educational purposes.

Dancen’beats reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions when necessary.
Parents/guardians and students will be notified of any significant updates.
